Yorkshire Rhubarb is grown across a small patch of West Yorkshire. This is the rhubarb triangle, a nine-square-mile area between Wakefield, Morley and Rothwell. Fuchsia-pink forced rhubarb is prized for its subtle flavour.
Forged in Wakefield's heritage in the Rhubarb triangle makes for a special Gin. Rhubarb adds a tart yet sweet crisp edge whilst the ginger dances on the palate and creates lasting warmth.
