Tequila Sunrise

(1 Glasses)

Ingredients

• Tequila 50 ml / 1.69 oz
• Sparkling water 100 ml / 3.38 oz
• Léonce Blanc lime purée 20 ml / 0.67 oz
• Crème de cassis 20 ml / 0.67 oz

Utensils

• Tumbler Glass
  

Preparation

POUR the tequila into a glass with ice cubes.
ADD the lime purée.
Top up with sparkling water and slowly pour the Crème de cassis into the bottom of the glass to create the different coloured layers.

Garnish

Finish off your Tequila Sunrise by slicing a lemon and placing a slice into the top of the Tumbler.
